Your Metal Is Their Might 🪖 This is a 1943 poster released by the U.S. Army during World War II advertising the collection of scrap metal from citizens. During the war, Americans participated in scrap drives to collect materials that would be recycled for the war effort. We thought this was a really cool poster and we love the history behind it!

This piece is available in both gloss and matte finish. We currently offer it in one size... 12x18. There are different ways you can display your piece but if you plan to hang it, you can add hanging hardware for an extra $5. Installation is included with the purchase of hanging hardware.

🪖 Gloss finish has a reflective quality and matte finish doesn't. The piece shown in all of these photos has a gloss finish.
🪖 We use gallery-quality aluminum that is about twice as thick as a lot of metal art you might find out there. You won't have to worry about the corners bending!
🪖 Scratch-resistant, impact-resistant, and chemical-resistant (you could put acetone on it and it won't remove the color).
🪖 Color is fade-resistant for up to 64 years in interior spaces.
🪖 This piece is very lightweight. Without any hanging hardware, weight is 14 oz for a 12x18.
🪖 Common ways to display your piece are setting it on a stand/easel or hanging it on a wall. There are a variety of ways you can hang it on a wall but we offer one option at this time. The hanging hardware we use gives the piece the appearance that it's floating on the wall.
